GATE INSTRUCTIONS

  • We kindly ask that upon entering and leaving the gate, that you wait for the gate to fully close so that our wildlife will not escape.

LATE ARRIVALS

When booking through our website or by phone, there are no late-arrival fees.

Although we strongly recommend arriving before dark, we understand this is not always possible. If you expect to arrive after sunset, please call ahead (830-866-3442) so we can provide self-check-in instructions and make appropriate arrangements.

Late arrivals are permitted only for our cabins and pull-through RV sites. Our back-in RV sites have no lighting due to our dark-sky preservation practices; and therefore, it is difficult to access in the dark and against our policy. If you reserved a back-in site and cannot arrive before sunset, we may move you to a pull-through site when available.

*We are not responsible for any damage to you or your vehicle if you fail to follow these instructions.
