*We have quiet hours on the property from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am.
*Speed limit on the main road is 5mph.
*Our swimming pool is open 10:00am-10:00pm, but is not attended by a lifeguard. SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK. Please only wear a swimsuit when using the pool, and shower before entering.
* Our hot tub is open from 10:00am-11:00pm, but is for guests 21+ only.
*We ask that all guests under age 14 be supervised by an adult on all areas of the property, including the pool, to ensure their safety and enjoyment.
*Dirt bikes and ATV’s are not permitted on the property.
*Hunting, fireworks and firearms are prohibited on the property
*We are on well water - PLEASE conserve water.
* We are on a septic system - PLEASE do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilets.
* We have tried to leave the retreat a natural habitat. Walk with caution on trails outside of cabin and pool areas.
*please put all trash in designated areas and do not leave food out for the animals.
* We have firewood available for a small fee. Firewood collection is prohibited.
**Two-night stay minimum on weekends and holidays
***The cabins on our property are non-smoking rooms. Smoking is permitted around campsites and RV sites that are rented by guests, but we ask that you dispose of all butts and related cartons or paper in the trash receptacles provided.
PET POLICY
Are you wanting to bring your pet with your?
**We do allow pets in certain cabins for an additional fee if your pet is under 25 lbs. Our cabins that are pet friendly are The Rancher, The Hitching Post, The Gunslinger, and Buckskin Lodge. Please let us know about your pet at the time of booking so we can check availability.
Pets are allowed free of charge at the RV sites. There is an applicable fee for our pet-friendly cabins of $100 per pet. Due to the size of our cabins we do not allow more than two pets. Pets are not allowed in the store, chapel, pool or party barn areas. Pet owners are required to bring a crate(s) for their pet(s) and are responsible for pet clean up and noise control. Pets are not to be on the furniture or beds, if they are found to be there is an additional $100 fee per pet. Please keep your pet on a leash and in your control at all times outside of your cabin or RV. For the safety of our wildlife and all guests pets must be up-to-date on vaccinations. We reserve the right to remove hostile or disruptive pets from the property.
CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations made to a reservation two weeks prior to arrival will receive a full refund minus all applicable taxes and fees.
Guests cancelling a reservation can however choose a voucher coupon for their stay to use for a future date in lieu of a refund.
**Guests cancelling reservations less than two week window may choose a voucher coupon but do not qualify for a refund.

** When is check-in/check-out?
Our cabin check-in is from 3:00-6:00opm, and check-out is 11:30am-12:00pm. You can request an early or late check-in/check-out by contacting the office at 830-866-3442.
**What is in your cabins?
All of our cabins come with linens and have fully equipped kitchenettes - mini-refrigerator, microwave, hot plate, toaster, coffee pot, dishes, utensils, pans, coffee, sugar and creamer.
**Do you have grills?
Yes we do have grills. There is a smoker grill located at the pavilion. There are also several charcoal grills located near the cabins.
**Do you have Wifi?
Yes, we do have basic wifi in the community lounge/party barn area. We also have great cell phone service for AT&T users.
**What can we do at your property?
Lots of things!! We have a walking trail for wildlife viewing, outdoor game/play area, we have a lounge with games and TV, we have a pool and hot tub. Additionally, we are just minutes away from the Guadalupe river in Kerrville and Ingram with lots of places to swim, fish or drop in a kayak. We are also only 20 minutes from great shopping and wine tasting in Comfort, TX.
